Automatic Programmer is our no-hassle, fully automatic programming solution for industry professionals, who want to free up time for running the business.
With an InropaTM Automatic Programmer system, the operator suspends the parts on the conveyor and sends it through the paint line, utilizing 3D-scannings of the parts to generate robot programs automatically. In other words, InropaTM Automatic Programmer creates the programs for you.
With Inropa’s automatic programming solution, the program goes through a chain of automation, and you don’t have to make even one mouse click.
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS HANG THE PART ON THE CONVEYOR
From here, the programming system takes over. Our 3D-cameras or laser scanners create a scanning of the part, and from here the software automatically identifies surfaces and programs the necessary paint strokes.
It then moves on to the Motion Planner component, which tests the compatibility of the planned strokes with the robot in question.
From here, the data is sent to simulation, where the software selects or generates the motions that will make the robot move as smoothly and quickly as possible to paint your parts with ease.
All this takes place automatically within the software in less than a minute.
WHEN WE SAY OUR SOFTWARE IS INTELLIGENT, WE MEAN IT
The system automatically recognizes which part is now in the paint booth and selects the right paint program for the particular part.
Furthermore, as the parts are scanned in 3D, it means that—along with the size and shape—the position and orientation are also taken into account. This enables the system to tell if a part has been positioned inaccurately and adjust the paint program accordingly.
Thus, each part will be painted flawlessly every time.
The system also uses AI image recognition to identify hooks and similar to avoid robot collisions and superfluous painting.
