INROPATM PROGRAMMER
Inropa’s solution for manual paint robot programming sets the user before a virtual paint booth with the part in question, generated from a CAD-drawing.
The program creates a robot painting program from the paint strokes and parameters, set up by the user. As all robotic movements can be duplicated and reversed with just a click, InropaTM Programmer is easier to use and generates a program in less time, compared to average software.
InropaTM Programmer requires little training and no technical skills. We provide you with the program training you need, and, overall, mastering Inropa’s manual programming software is a fast learning curve.
CREATING ROBOT PATHS AND MOVEMENTS
Robot paths are created by setting points on the parts by mouse clicks in the virtual paint booth window, and editing the paths is just as easy. InropaTM Programmer requires fewer clicks and programming steps to create a paint surface than average paint robot software and therefore makes programming easier and quicker.
All planned motions are displayed with parameters in a tree-structure that makes it easy to overview the project and edit parameters.
Robot motions are computer simulated before releasing it to the physical robot. To ensure a painless process, any singularities or collisions automatically appear in the simulation so they can be fixed before transferring the programs.
VISUALIZING THE PAINT JOB
InropaTM Programmer makes it easy to get an overview of the paint job; all movements and paint strokes are visualized along with the paint tool, robot, parts, and fixtures.
A property window will show all information on selected movements, and changing position or angle is done with a single mouse click and without having to jog the robot.
Additionally, you can manage all paint parameters using the built-in Paint Brush Table, where each brush has a unique color and therefore enables an easy, structured overview of grouped paths, variation in surfaces, or use of different paint colors.
